Terms of Service

The short version. These terms cover using the FOKL website and joining our pre-launch waitlist. Joining reserves your spot; it isn’t a purchase and doesn’t guarantee when (or that) you’ll get access. The tools you make are yours — we store them so you can come back to them, but never what you put inside them. Be decent, don’t abuse the referral program, and we’ll do our best to get you in early.

Who these terms are with

The FOKL website at fokl.ai is operated by Pando and Lily, LLC (“FOKL”, “we”), a Delaware limited liability company (1111B S Governors Ave STE 26199, Dover, DE 19904, USA). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

The waitlist

FOKL is pre-launch. Joining the waitlist reserves your place and lets us email you about early access. It is free, it is not a purchase or a contract to provide the product, and access will roll out in batches over time. We can’t promise a specific date, a specific position, or that any particular feature will exist at launch.

Referrals & rewards

You’ll get a personal invite link. When friends join through it, you move up the list and earn launch credits. A few fair-play rules:

Emails

When you join, you consent to receive the confirmation email and occasional waitlist updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in every email.

The tools you make

Your tools are yours. You own what you make with FOKL and what you put into it. We claim no ownership of your tools, and we do not use what you build to train anything.

To make FOKL work, you give us permission to store the tools you create and the conversations that produced them, so we can hand them back to you, let you change them, and pass them to people you choose to share with. That permission covers the tool — not the contents you put into it, which stay on your device and never reach us. Our privacy page explains exactly where that line falls.

You can take them and you can delete them. Export any tool, with its data, as one file at any time. Delete a tool and we delete our copy along with the conversation behind it. Close your account and the same applies to all of them.

Tools are built by a language model from what you describe, so we cannot promise a given tool is correct, complete or fit for any particular purpose — check anything that matters before relying on it. Don’t use FOKL to build something unlawful, and don’t share a tool you don’t have the right to share. We may remove a shared tool that breaks these terms.

Acceptable use

Please use the site lawfully and don’t try to disrupt it, break its security, scrape it, or submit other people’s details without their permission.

Our content

The FOKL name, logo, copy, and design are ours. You’re welcome to share links to the site; please don’t copy our brand or content as your own.

Pre-launch disclaimer

The site and waitlist are provided “as is”, without warranties. FOKL is a work in progress: things may change, break, or be delayed, and we make no guarantee that the product will launch or perform in any particular way.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, FOKL isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the waitlist. Nothing here limits liability that can’t legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as FOKL evolves. We’ll change the date above; continuing to use the site means you accept the update.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
